Terms of Service

These terms govern website design and build services provided by LUMIO Coordia Intelligence ("LUMIO", "we"). By engaging us for a project, you agree to them.

Scope and approvals

Every project starts with a written scope confirmed before kickoff. Direction is approved by you before design begins, and the finished work is approved by you before launch. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work starts.

Payments

• 50% deposit before work starts, 50% before launch.
• No final payment until you have approved the finished work.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy — including a full refund for cancellation before kickoff.

Ownership

Once the final payment is made, you own the delivered website — design, copy, and code. Until then, materials remain ours. Third-party services connected to your site (hosting, domains, form databases) are governed by their own terms.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that content, images, and branding you supply are yours to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information published on your site after handover, unless we provide ongoing support.

Support

Every launch includes a post-launch check-in and fixes for anything not working as agreed. Ongoing support beyond that is available under Custom plans, as described on our Pricing page.

Liability

We build carefully, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as enquiry volume or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project concerned.
