Refund Policy

Every LUMIO project is refund-backed with clear milestones. This page explains exactly when and how refunds apply.

Before kickoff — full refund

If you cancel at any point before project kickoff (the agreed start of design work), your deposit is refunded in full. No questions, no deductions.

How payments are structured

• 50% deposit before work starts.
• 50% balance before launch — and only after you have approved the finished work.

You never make the final payment for work you have not approved.

After kickoff

Once design work has started, the deposit covers the strategy and design effort already delivered. If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, the unearned portion of your payment for that milestone is refunded.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp (+60 17 720 9159) or email lumiocoordia@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 days.
